The Old Museum will be Brisbane Concert Choir's 'home venue' for rehearsals in 2023, although on Tuesdays when The Old Museum is unavailable the choir will rehearse at alternative venues, to be advised.

The choir has returned to indoor venues for regular rehearsals during 2022 after almost two years rehearsing in Daisho's public arcade because of the pandemic. This planning of course remains subject to public health directives.

• Singers who will be absent from a rehearsal should notify their absence in advance, typically by indicating on the 'sign-in' sheet the week before if possible, but also by advising the Music Director or Membership Secretary.

• This can be done during the week leading into the rehearsal via the choir email.  A late apology on the day (because of illness or unexpected work issues) should be sent by email.

 

Membership fees for 2023 are as follows:​​

• Full year fee $385

• comprising annual membership fee $130 + 3 term fees of $85

• optionally pay per term: membership fee ($130) is due on joining but term fees can be paid at a rate of $90 per term.

• Student fee (full year): $130

• pay $130 at beginning of year or two instalments of $65 (coinciding with uni semesters)

N.B. Paying a full year membership (non-student) at the beginning of the year discounts the cost by $15 annually and assists the choir's cash flow which is appreciated
